With over 30 years of experience and a passion for hair transformation, Emiliano has been at the forefront of the award-winning é SALON in Wahroonga since 2000.
A past winner of the coveted Australian Hairdresser of the Year at the Australian Hair and Fashion Awards, leading é SALON to a 5 time winner of Aus/NZ Salon Team of the Year, Emiliano is internationally renowned for his creative approach to hairdressing, continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and leadership within the industry. A master of precision cuts, he’s known for his exceptional work with bobs, pixies, and curly hair, as well as his exquisite skill with the razor.
As an industry mentor and family man, Emiliano blends creativity, authenticity, and forward-thinking leadership, inspiring both clients and his team daily.
Lisa Vitale
Director
A true visionary behind the scenes at major events, Lisa’s creativity has graced the runways of International Fashion Weeks. Lisa’s mastery in hair styling and colour work has captured global attention winning a multitude of National and International awards.
Known for her exquisite techniques and the art of crafting effortless, lived-in hair, Lisa’s Colour and Styling blends sophistication with innovation. Her passion for both short, structured cuts and glamorous long hair has made her a sought-after artist in the salon and throughout the hairdressing industry. As co-owner and Creative Director of é SALON, Lisa continuously pushes the boundaries of creativity, inspiring her team with her leadership in education and artistry.

With over a decade at é SALON, Chi Chi has been the trusted colour specialist, bringing vibrant possibilities to life for her clients.
