é SALON uses Stripe for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Stripe gateway are secured payments.

  • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
  • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by é SALON or any outside party.
  • All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
  • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Stripe bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
  • Stripe is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
  • Stripe at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by é SALON.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from é SALON containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 1 – 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable for delivery it may take a little longer. Regular postage can arrive between 1 – 6 working days depending on your location. Express postage can arrive between 1 – 3 working days depending on your location. Delivery times are subject to Australia Post’s terms and condition and may experience delays during peak periods.

Refund & Returns Policy

é SALON does not exchange or refund any goods unless they are damaged or faulty. Please email us at hello@esalonhair.com within 7 days of receiving your goods if you believe they are damaged or faulty so that we can resolve any problems.


This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, used or damaged by the customer, including the packaging. All products must be returned in their original condition.


All postage costs that the customer incurs to return a damaged or faulty item will be refunded to their original payment method. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage.


You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore recommend you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. é SALON will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Insurance costs are not reimbursed.


In the event that the refund is agreed, é SALON will refund the appropriate amount to the original payment method for the purchase.
